Movement & Meditation Professional Team Building Program

The movement and meditation 4-course professional development and team-building program is designed to help businesses and groups enhance their overall well-being, productivity, and collaboration by incorporating movement and meditation practices.

The program consists of the following courses:

Introduction to Movement and Meditation:

This course provides an overview of the benefits of movement and meditation in the workplace. Participants will learn various techniques and exercises to promote physical and mental well-being, reduce stress, and improve focus and concentration.

Mindful Communication and Collaboration

In this course, participants will explore how mindful communication and collaboration can enhance teamwork and productivity. They will learn techniques to improve active listening, empathy, and effective communication skills, fostering a more positive and supportive work environment.

Stress Management and Resilience

This course focuses on strategies to manage stress and build resilience. Participants will learn mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to better cope with work-related pressures, leading to increased resilience and improved overall well-being.

Team Building Through Movement

This course combines movement-based activities and team-building exercises to foster a sense of unity and cooperation among team members. Participants will engage in group exercises that promote trust, communication, problem-solving, and creativity, ultimately strengthening team dynamics and morale.

$500 per session (2 hours)
or the 4 course program (10 hours over 4 days) for $4500. 

Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to practice movement and meditation techniques, engage in interactive discussions, and participate in group activities.

The program can be customized to meet the specific needs and goals of the business or group.

Rachel has an extensive background as a Holistic Coach and a Movement and Meditation Facilitator, with over 14 years of experience in the field. Her approach is rooted in guiding clients to identify the changes they want to make, setting goals, and creating actionable plans to achieve them.

As an accountability partner, Rachel is committed to supporting her clients throughout their journey. She helps them stay on track, overcome obstacles, and celebrate their progress along the way.

Rachel's coaching focuses on helping individuals live and love in a place of abundance. She understands the toll that burnout, stress, and anxiety can take on one's life and aims to help her clients leave these negative experiences behind.

In addition to her coaching practice, Rachel continues to teach movement and meditation. These practices are integrated into her coaching sessions to provide holistic support for her clients' well-being.

Rachel's training includes certifications from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the Berkshires and the Radiant Coaches Academy, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
