Rachel has an extensive background as a Holistic Coach and a Movement and Meditation Facilitator, with over 14 years of experience in the field. Her approach is rooted in guiding clients to identify the changes they want to make, setting goals, and creating actionable plans to achieve them.
As an accountability partner, Rachel is committed to supporting her clients throughout their journey. She helps them stay on track, overcome obstacles, and celebrate their progress along the way.
Rachel's coaching focuses on helping individuals live and love in a place of abundance. She understands the toll that burnout, stress, and anxiety can take on one's life and aims to help her clients leave these negative experiences behind.
In addition to her coaching practice, Rachel continues to teach movement and meditation. These practices are integrated into her coaching sessions to provide holistic support for her clients' well-being.
Rachel's training includes certifications from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the Berkshires and the Radiant Coaches Academy, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
